Three lifters, one lift each. Every lift is scored with IPF GL points using that lifter's bodyweight, and the three scores add up to the team total.
Enter each lifter's bodyweight and best squat, bench and deadlift. The optimiser scores all six ways to split the lifts and shows the line-up worth the most GL points.
Highlighted cells are the assignment used in the best line-up. A lifter's strongest lift is not always where they score most for the team; it depends on what the other two can do.
IPF GL points = lift × 100 ÷ (A − B × e−C × bodyweight), using the 2020 IPF GL coefficients for the lifter's sex and division. Each lift is scored with the full-power (three-lift) coefficients, so squat, bench and deadlift are on the same scale. Bodyweights and lifts are in kilograms.
